Prohibited Use

1. Illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity

  • Sending messages that violate applicable law (spam, unlawful marketing, harassment).
  • Phishing, fraud, or deceptive claims (including misleading pricing or identity).
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, or harmful code.
  • Promotion of illegal goods/services, or facilitating illegal activity.

2. Messaging abuse / spam

  • Sending without valid consent where consent is required (especially SMS/MMS).
  • Ignoring opt-out requests or attempting to suppress unsubscribe mechanisms.
  • Using purchased/scraped lists or harvested emails/phone numbers.
  • High-volume bursts intended to evade filtering or carrier policies.

3. Platform misuse

  • Attempting to bypass subscription gating, quotas, or rate limits.
  • Unauthorized access attempts, probing, scanning, or vulnerability testing without permission.
  • Reverse engineering or copying the Services except as permitted by law.
  • Interfering with platform integrity or other customers' use.

4. Rights violations

  • Infringing IP rights (copyright/trademark) or privacy rights.
  • Uploading content you do not have rights to use (including images for AI processing).
  • Using the Services to collect sensitive personal data without appropriate legal basis and safeguards.

5. High-risk / restricted content

Certain industries and content categories may be restricted by carriers, messaging providers, or law. If you operate in a regulated category, contact support before scaling sending.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend sending, or terminate accounts if we believe there is risk to recipients, providers, or compliance obligations.
